Q: Is hotel pickup offered?
A: Hotel pickup is not offered – Here’s why: Generally speaking, hotel pickup can include taking you to 15-20 different hotels before taking you to the tour start location. Metro Atlanta is huge. From most hotels you can get door-to-door service via a taxi or Marta to the Peachtree Center Mall in less than 15 minutes. We encourage you to arrive at the pickup point a minimum of 20 minutes before departure.
Q: Where do we meet? How do I get to the Peachtree Center Mall? Where should I park?
A: To get to us from Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, the Perimeter, the airport, etc you can take Marta to the Peachtree Center Station. Once you exit the subway, follow the signs to Peachtree Center. Meet the group leader in a yellow Atlanta Sightseeing Bus Tour t-shirt at the “North “Food Court in front of the Peachtree Center Newsstand Store. Parking is also available behind the Peachtree Center Mall between Peachtree Center Ave NE and Courtland St NE.

Q: What is the age limit for kids pricing?
A: Adult: $69
Children 3 – 12: $59
Infants under 2 years old may ride for free if they ride in their parent’s lap during the tour. If you feel you would be more comfortable having a seat for your infant, please purchase a child’s ticket.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Comfortable, laid-back attire is recommended
Q: Can you promise an exact return time?
A: Due to the potential for unforeseen traffic delays, road construction, traffic accidents, etc within the city, we cannot guarantee an exact return time. However, every attempt is made to remain on schedule and to return you back to Downtown Atlanta at the planned time. Should you have a special concern regarding your return time, please advise us upon making your reservation and reiterate this need with your driver on the day of the tour.
Q: What will happen if it rain?
A: This Metro Atlanta city tour is offered rain or shine. Tours are only canceled in the event of extreme weather conditions and every attempt will be made to contact you in advance if a tour is canceled. The buses are covered, making tours in the rain possible and unlikely canceled. Umbrellas are suggested for walking in the rain from the bus to the attractions.
Q: How much time do you spend at each attraction?
A: As you can expect, some landmarks are more time-consuming than others, such as lunch at Atlantic Station or riding on sky ride at Stone Mountain Park. With this in mind, there is no set time for each attraction. Our Tour Guides are trained to watch how the tour group progresses at each landmark and adjust the tour accordingly. Keep in mind; we still have a lot of sightseeing to do in 5 hours, so we do like to keep the tour moving.
Q: Do we get out of the shuttle at every attraction?
A: We stop at every location except for the Atlanta Electric Neighborhoods, the Margaret Mitchell House and the Atlanta White House.
Q: How much walking is involved?
A: Walking is involved but the pace is up to you. Generally our stops that require the most walking such as our stops at Stone Mountain Park and Atlantic Station are at your own pace.
Q: Do we have to pay for the sky ride at Stone Mountain Park?
A: No, it’s included in the price. Any snacks or drinks you buy at Stone Mountain Park are not included.
Q: Are private tours offered?
A: Yes. We offer our private Metro Atlanta Sightseeing Tours in the morning, afternoon and evening. Contact us so we can customize your tour to fit your needs.
Q: Is lunch in Atlantic Station included in the tour price?
A: Lunch is not included in the tour price, but there are many good places to eat there, in a variety of price ranges. Your Tour Guide will make suggestions.
Q: Will I receive my tickets in the mail?
A: No. We employ an easy-to-use ticketless reservation system. Your name is your tour ticket. Thus, there is no reason to deal with the hassles of tickets and mail.

Q: What types of vehicles are used?
A: We use several Atlanta based charter bus services for our tour. They offer 55 and 47 passenger charter buses and 25 passenger vans with large windows and plenty of space with reclining seats. Depending on demand and/or our service schedule, we reserve the right to substitute vehicles.
Q: Can I bring my baby stroller on board? How about luggage?
A: We do not know ahead of time if the tour will sell out, if room is available you can store the stroller on the bus. If not, we can place the stroller and luggage in the large undercarriage luggage/storage area.
Q: Can I bring my wheelchair on board?
A: Yes. Shuttles are wheelchair accessible.
Q: What additional expenses should we expect?
A: You should plan on paying for lunch in Atlantic Station and maybe purchasing a souvenir at Stone Mountain Park and/or CNN Center

Guest waives any claim which Guest, Guest’s heirs, successors, assigns, spouse, family members, or legal representatives may have against Atlanta Sightseeing Bus Tours arising from or as a result of any such accident, injury, theft, loss, or damage.

Guest acknowledges and understands the potential risks associated with these methods of transportation and acknowledges that Guest does not have or is not aware of any medical condition(s) that would prevent Guest from using these methods of transportation or result in any injury or harm to Guest as a result of using these methods of transportation.
